- Combing and shaping: Cooperate with steel pins and combs to repeatedly comb threads on the frame, making them fluffy and soft. At the same time, adjust the frame tension to accurately shape the velvet flower’s form, thickness and three-dimensional sense.
- Even force distribution: Ensure each silk thread bears equal force, making the finished velvet flower with delicate texture and uniform velvet surface. This avoids defects caused by local over-tightening or loosening.

Our Velvet Flower Frame is fully varnished. As a bamboo and wood product, it may inevitably have color unevenness, grains, bamboo thorns and cracks, and cannot be perfectly flawless. We will select them carefully before shipment.
Note that the last speed of the Velvet Flower Frame is for stretching velvet sheets. Do not lock into the last speed when combing velvet, as the frame will tip back. Place it at the front speeds for combing. Lock into the last speed only when you need to tighten the velvet sheet after combing.
